Melanie Sanders, an Associate Broker and Team Leader with eXp Realty, having started her career at the age of 21, has over 30 years of full time real estate experience in the Phoenix Metro Area. Melanie's background in new home sales and management as VP of Sales and Marketing for 2 major home builders and Designated Broker brings a unique set of skills that her clients find incredibly beneficial in maximizing their homes value or purchase.

It has also earned her numerous awards and accolades as a top agent, coach and mentor.
Melanie is able to use her model experience in setting her homes up from maximum exposure.

As a CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, she understands how to market all levels of homes.
One of the most valuable skills Melanie has to offer her clients is her ability
to negotiate the best position for her clients as a MCNE, Master Certified Negotiation Specialist.
