Chad Kamp

With over two decades in real estate, Chad Kamp is the Owner and Designated Broker of EXIT Realty Coannah, known for his deep knowledge of the Southeast Valley and innovative approach. Starting as a Realtor® in 2002, Chad earned his Associate Brokers License in 2013 and launched his brokerage in 2014.

EXIT Realty Coannah specializes in residential sales, property management, and investor services. Chad’s leadership emphasizes technology, marketing, and training, creating a supportive environment for agents. Committed to community, Chad’s team donates to New Life Pregnancy Center. Outside work, he enjoys family time, camping, and hunting.
